The actions are aimed at guaranteeing the User a sense of full security at the level appropriate to applicable law, including:

  • Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services,
  • Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law.

Using the Website 96MOTO is implemented using a secure SSL protocol, which significantly increases the protection of data transmission over the Internet.

 

Please be advised that as part of the Website, external links may be posted enabling its Users to directly reach other websites. Each of the suppliers sets out the rules for the use of cookies in their privacy policy, therefore we have no influence on the privacy policy of the suppliers and the use of cookies.

Glossary of terms:

  • cookie - this is small information saved by the server on the User's computer, which the server can read when reconnecting from this computer,
  • system log - this is the information that the User's computer transmits to the server at each connection, it can contain various data (e.g. IP number), from which it is possible to determine more or less precisely where the connection came from,
  • IP address - an individual number, which usually has every computer connected to the Internet, the IP number can be permanently associated with the computer (static) or assigned to a given connection (dynamic),
  • SSL protocol - a special standard for transmitting data on the Internet, in which transmission is encoded, unlike ordinary transmission, where transmission is carried out in open text.

    In the scope of using the Website by the User, we store dane provided directly by the User regarding registration and account information. In order to use the Services we provide, we may collect the following information:

 Data automatically collected when the User uses the Website Services, these are http queries directed to the server. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. The list of information stored in the web server log files is as follows:

  • name of the User's station - identification carried out by the http protocol, if possible,
  • User name provided in the authorization process,
  • time of receipt of the inquiry,
  • First line of http request
  • http response code,
  • the number of data sent by the server,
  • URL address of the page previously visited by the User (so-called referer link) - if the Website was accessed via an external link,
  • information about the User's browser,
  • information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the http transaction.

The above data are not associated with specific people browsing the Website.

The website does not automatically collect any information except for information contained in Cookies. The information collected in this way is used, among others down:

  • Website management,
  • identifying possible security threats,
  • surveys of aggregate traffic of Users within the Website and for statistical purposes.

The data related to the User collected through the Website may be used to determine the adaptation of the content of the Website to the needs of the User and to answer the query directed by the User using the contact form.

Personal data will be stored for the duration of the services provided by the Administrator and for the period resulting from the limitation period for claims, consumer rights, bookkeeping or other rights in this regard;

In connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator, the person giving consent to share the data has the following rights, of which he should be informed:

  • the right of access, i.e. the right to information which personal data concerning a given person are processed by the Administrator and to receive a copy of this data,
  • the right to request that the data be rectified if the data being processed becomes out of date or incomplete (or otherwise incorrect);
  • the right to request the deletion of personal data when they cease to be necessary for the Administrator for the purposes for which they were collected or when the authorized person withdraws consent to the processing of data (unless the Administrator has the right to process data on a different legal basis) or if the processing occurred unlawfully;
  • the right to transfer data to another administrator in the event that personal data are processed by the Administrator on the basis of consent to processing or for the purpose of performing a contract concluded with the Administrator;
  • the right to object to data processing when the Administrator processes personal data, including in order to conduct marketing activities regarding its products and services or when the basis for data processing is the premise of the legitimate interest of the administrator.
  • The right to withdraw consent to processing - consent can be withdrawn at any time in an email sent to the Administrator. In this situation, the processing activities carried out before the withdrawal of consent will remain lawful, and after the withdrawal of consent, the Administrator will not be able to process personal data for the purposes for which he obtained consent;

    Service, in accordance with art. 173 of the Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004, uses Cookies that constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. 
    Cookies are used to:
    • facilitate the User to use the Website while browsing;
    • later association of the User in the case of a re-connection of the Website with the device on which they were saved;
    • creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
    • adjusting the content of the Website to specific User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites tailored to the User's individual needs.

    As part of the Website, we use the following types of Cookies:
    • "Session" and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser).
    • Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

    The information is in no way combined with the Website User's personal data and is not used to determine the User's identity. The scope of information collected automatically depends on the User's web browser settings.
